Below is a soccer commercial filmed a few years back, but every time I see Kawhi's game improving, I can't help but to think that the story behind this soccer commercial has many parallels with Kawhi's basketball career.
The irony of this commercial is that the club/pro team is focused on Arsenal FC out of England. In my opinion, Arsenal and the Spurs are two in the same team for different sports. Both teams have legendary coaches and both organizations do not buy superstars to be on their teams. Both teams bring in their own players and build them up.
There are a few other parallels, but the car scene in the commercial is very Kawhi.
At any rate, your average soccer fan has probably seen this commercial. But if you have not seen this commercial, you should enjoy it. It's one of the best sports commercials filmed in the last decade. Nike should make a similar one for Kawhi.
