    Yeah that's the only statistic that illustrates a bias. Never mind all the turnovers that are actually judgement calls by the refs like the out of bounds play on Leonard, traveling on Tony, wiping away Neal's points because Bosh flopped and a host of other really ty calls. Those don't show up in stats you can easily separate.

    Maybe because the Heat have tried more mid-range jumpers while the Spurs penetrate more?

    Refs are smarter, it's easier to manipulate the game calling "steps outbounds/travels/carries" and not calling kick balls/reaching/hacks/travels/basket interference/goaltendings on the other end
