I found it in a discount movie bin and just saw it for the first time. How great is that film!!!!!!!! I love the scene in the bar where the guys run into Larry Bird. I could so picture David Robinson saying that to T-Park!

The guys are trying to fool the star from the opposing team into thinking they are fans of his so they can make him drunk and useless. While they are flattering the Utah guy, Larry Bird comes up to tell the Utah guy hi.

The Utah guy is tells Bird how happy he is to have found some Boston people with taste.. i.e. rooting for Utah.

The guys don't want their idol to think they don't like him so they try to play it off saying they loved the Celtics in Bird's day.

So Bird goes dead serious and says something to the effect of. " I hate fans like you. You're with us when we're winning and gone when we lose. You're just shameful" And then stalks off.
