Everybody knows Harlem isn't some homer, and I've called virtually every series correctly for the Spurs this year, tbh..

Cliff jumpers are back, just like against the Warriors..

The Heat will be favored, as they should be, but the Spurs have a great chance of winning this series..

    - The Spurs primary rotation dominated most of this game..until Pop's decision to keep Duncan and Parker on the bench, along with the earlier stretch of no Duncan/Leonard, the Spurs were in control of this game, tbh..

Miami has continued to struggle when Duncan is in the middle, along with Leonard defending, particularly Lebron and Wade at the rim..unless Lebron and Wade get hot on their jump shots, this won't change in game 7..

    - Tony Parker played as bad as he could possibly play, tbh..bad shots, bad decisions, etc..he will be much better in game 7..

    - Miami has looked their best in this series when Wade is off the floor..they won game 2 with Lebron + shooters, and they made their comeback tonight using the same formula..game 4 worked because Wade was hot, but that doesn't happen often anymore, similar to Manu..

The Heat won't sit Wade for long, which favours the Spurs..

    - The Spurs got killed in the battle of 3-pointers, which is a rare occurrence, tbh..

The Spurs went to OT and were a few bad decisions from Pop and 2 missed FTs away from the le..they can play much better and they won't be affected by the choke, tbh..

Heat won with Spurs giving it away. Period. If Spurs play any better in Game 7, Spurs win!

and why would he not do it again? Tim said in the post game that is what they always do in that spot

I refuse to believe this game six took the air out of the Spurs. They'll come out pissed that they gave it away and take care of Miami at home, game seven. It's game seven FFS in the freaking Finals, you're almost there Spurs.

    They don't..

Heat will be tired too but Spurs are crushed emotionally.. That whole team thought they would be celebrating right now...

    Deflated...

Have to agree with Harlem on this one. I've been pretty pessimistic about the Spurs the whole playoffs (picking Memphis and Miami to beat them). While this loss is disheartening, the Spurs won't give up.

The Heat desperately needed this win. Now let's see the Spurs play with that desperation that they have shown in all the odd number games.

Never underestimate emotion strain. hits harder than any physical injuries. Do these players really want to play another 48 minutes of uncertainty after being ONE FREE THROW AWAY FROM WINNING IT ALL?

Miami is -53 when Wade is on the floor in this series, tbh..

Lebron's best stretches in this series have been with Wade off the floor..

Unless Wade's jump shot is hot, the Spurs should be able to control the game, tbh..

    Parker isn't 100%
Duncan appeares to have tweaked his knee when Bosh fell on it late in the game
Simulator crew coaching < Pat Riley's puppets

    Oh, and "It's Manu Ginobli."

I want to believe and I'll watch it and eat crow if I'm wrong but everything about the press conference told me the story of this series for game 7. Tim, Manu and Tony look hurt, they look like they're emotionally drained and Greg Pop decided to be an asshole when he didn't deserve to be an asshole during his media excursion. I don't see Tim playing like that again, that was vintage Tim until Pop decided to make stupid decisions. Manu better show up like Game 5 form or we're ed.. They better design some plays for Green coming off multiple screens to get him some shots, just stood there the whole game waiting as if they were going to leave him open again.

That makes no sense. What's 48 more minutes when you just played 82 games + however more playoff games. That loser mentality of them folding because they're emotionally drained from this loss is got talk. It's GAME SEVEN, one more win. No one said this was going to be easy.

Take into account that Tony isn't 100%, Tim Duncan tweaked his knee at the end of the game, Kawhi only 21 and missing a free throw to ice the championship victory, Manu and Splitter playing like garbage, while Lebron found GodMode.. It's tough mentally and physically.

It's one game. All those are excuses you just gave. Anything can happen. The pressure will be on the Heat as welll and it's just not in me to make up excuses. Tony had 26 points with that hamstring (game five), TD will be alright, Kawhi will be alright and Manu can still avenge himself. Suck it up seriously.

Nice try, but the players are only human. And it's entirely reasonable for them to be doubting themselves and each other at this point. This loss is devastating.

The Spurs aren't going to come out angry in game 7. They only have themselves to be mad at because they self destructed at the end. That's the most deflating way to lose, and it doesn't build confidence going forward. The real issue is that the Spurs were worn the out because all of their stars are ancient and that's the reason they choked. Young role players can't be counted on to sustain you on the road on the biggest stage, and that's what you saw tonight. In the late minutes Parker, Ginobli and Duncan will be too tired and the role players will not be there to pick it up.

I posted this early on in this series and I'll post it again. The Heat came into this series worn out from the Pacers and the Spurs were in the opposite situation. The longer the series goes on the worse it is for the Spurs all stars. The Spurs needed to win this series in 5 games. They actually had a chance to steal the series tonight and I'll be honest I thought they had it won up by 5 at the end.

They aren't going home with the trophy. The Heat are going to come out breathing fire in game 7 and compared to the Spurs they will look well rested because they have a lot of young legs, and a much deeper (see effective) bench to draw from. In this series they've played 9 different guys in rotations consistently depending on the game. I really thought the Spurs had a chance tonight but I don't see it in a game 7 in Miami.

It is devastating. Yet they're one win away from avenging it all and getting this bitter taste out of their mouths. You don't think they wish they could play tomorrow?

And I don't understand when people point to press conferences as a barometer of hope for the subsequent game..

Of course they look defeated, they just lost one of the most heartbreaking games of their careers..they'll be fine tomorrow, they have another game to play..this is a veteran team that knows this may be their last chance, they won't fold..

Some of you guys are ing delusional. you look at two injuries. a complete implosion, awhile playing against a younger big 3, on the road and go, "nah, it'll be easier. we got it" ???? lol no.
