pretty interesting reminder how things looked back then. i guess maybe we do have one more run left. but we gotta do some big offseason changes if we want to make noise like this year

After the Spurs won the le this year, I thought I'd bump this old thread from December '11, right before the start of the lockout season.
Everybody (and I mean everybody) was giving up on the Spurs and saying they should "blow it up" and rebuild because their offseason moves were such a disaster.
But now, in this time of disappointment, it's still useful to look back.

Point is, negativity doesn't mean you're smart and never give up on the Spurs or any of their players (and that includes Manu).
