Oh...here's the TimVP post from that thread:
I couldn't find the one I was looking for...
But I did find a thread from last summer in which it was discussed...
And you posted in it lol!

And here's an interesting post from TimVP in that same thread...
Look at what he is saying now...look at what this reporter(and they said he was friends with most of the guy son the national team) said today his reaction would probably be...and put 2+2 together...
Scola doesn't want to wait...he wants to play.
Obviously his buyout was more than the Spurs expected it to be because his club lost it's best players...
If he's worth what he is asking, the Spurs should be able to trade him...and another team can bring him over.
But it's obvious that he has got issues with this and it's probably best if he just plays for another team than for an organization he has a grudge with...
I understand the guys frustration..and that is another reason the Spurs should trade him...
It just wasn't meant to be for Scola and the Spurs.
Oh...here's the TimVP post from that thread:
Here is what I posted in that thread:
wonder what manu's thoughts on all this are...wonder if he had any input on maturity, and which player was ready now for the nba and which player can handle pop's style better, or if this is strictly 3 - 14.5 million reasons scola isn't coming this year.
Well, I certainly agree it didnt work out the best for both parts. Truth is all Spurs lost is one of the latest picks in that draft, almost valueless. What did Scole lose?
Scola didnt like some of the emails Bufford sent him and used them as motivation, total lockeroom cancer at ude.
I said I didnt remeber the article, that deserved his own thread?
Just to be clear, Scola has no one to blame about not being in the NBA but himselft. Spurs aren't helping though...
