Flying to London for games will piss a lot of teams off, and harm their play (especially the Spurs). If Spurs play in London, that time zone change can cause a lot of fatigue and make the big 3 even more tired.

damn, an even tier consequence than I realized. Manu is a god to people south of the border, he could repeat game 6 and 7 a few times over and still be in great standing.
