Zeller is better than any frontcourt player that they currently have on their roster.
It's laughable that Byron Mullens and Bismack Biyombo averages over 25 mpg on an NBA team. Heck it's laughable that Byron Mullen and Bismack Biyombo averages over 10mpg on an NBA team. Basically every PF and C they have on their team is a garbage time player.
Best move he could possibly make is to get a real GM in there.

There isn't a single player on the Bobcats roster worth building around. They have players who should be coming off the bench or garbage time players and they mostly have garbage time players on their roster.

The Bobcats select Noel and this guy becomes the next Bynum. At some point you have to assume you have bad luck and try to go safe.
In this draft, he probably could have done worse. But I was really surprised he passed on McLemore.
