With Suns forward Amare Stoudemire and Knicks guard Quentin Richardson unable to make it, former Heat guard Tim Hardaway suited up for Mourning's charity game.
Hardaway is working with the new American Basketball Association minor league team scheduled to play this fall at the Office Depot Center.
Hardaway was part of a Heat alumni White team that opened the game with a lineup of himself, Mourning, Wade, Dooling and former Heat forward Bruce Bowen, who last month won a championship with the Spurs.

didnt bruce get his first 10 day contract with the heat?
He played one game with them in the 96-97 season and he played the entire 2000-01 season with them. I have the old 2001-02 media guide with Bruce still in a Heat uniform... weird.
did the Spurs at least get Mike James out of that?

Yeah. It was a 3 way trade. Miami did a sign in trade of Damon Jones to Houston, Mike James to San Antonio, and Bruce Bowen to Miami.
