Good move. I hope they get him. Of course the conspiracy theorist in me says Pau's days are numbered. Not because caveman is better, but because caveman is serviceable enough for MK to trade Pau for perimeter help. Pau is a top 10 center, but he's long in the tooth and most likely isn't part of their future plans. If the Lakers could fetch some disgruntled perimeter talent for his expiring $19M contract, I'm all for it.
We ain't winning this year - might as well put some pieces in place for '14 season and start building for the future.
