Easy win for Houston
http://sports.yahoo.com/news/nba--ko...031240873.htmlAs Kobe Bryant rehabilitates his torn Achilles tendon, there will undoubtedly be a date circled on his and the Los Angeles Lakers' schedule: A Nov. 7 trip to Houston to meet the Rockets and center Dwight Howard.
Kobe Bryant, left, and Dwight Howard didn't have the warmest relationship in L.A. (AP)The NBA is expected to release the schedule in the next several days, but Yahoo! Sports has learned the Lakers and Rockets will meet for the first time within the season's first week at Houston's Toyota Center.
Spurs and Rockets fans are salivating at the potential "lol lakers" threads. There is no sugar coating it, this will likely be an embarrassing game for the Lakers.
It will be a footnote come the 2014 off-season, Laker fans will live - they just will not live well.
I hope Howard has a career ending back injury.
Gonna be interesting to see in what a friendly and warm way he's gonna get welcomed by his "beggars" when he returns to LA. I bet LA will be the last place he'll ever wanna visit for years to come (Orlando being a close 2nd perhaps) but too bad he'll have to go there more than any other city outside the SW division because there're two NBA teams based in LA, which're more like double kicks in his balls (if he has a pair)
Kirby gonna drop 82 on Houston. Book it.
(82 FGA that is)
