Horse . Show me the creation of a new tax pool reaching into every financial transaction under the sun, and I'll show you a new siphon into the milkshake of every man woman and child. Who will get hit the worst? Middle class and poor. Who will manage the new pile of taxes? The financial elite. The banks. How many charges, fees, will be levied? A ton. Who will get the revenues? The strawmen who can turn those funds back over to big corps the fastest.
