Probably the most obvious and cliche answer, but I really like pad thai.
Time for a confession. I have never eaten Thai food. To change that, I am going to order some carry out. What are about two or three dishes that go well together? Don't come up with some gy answer that they don't serve in the USA, reckoning.

Pineapple fried rice
any flavor rice you wanna cook, just subs ute the water thats use to cook the rice with ur choice of liquid flavor,
i know thais use coconut pulp juice to cook rice

Pineapple fried rice does not sound good, though.

Gren Curry with mixed seafood (shrimp, calamari, octopus, etc.) and white rice does it for me.

I've seen different spellings, but this.
A lot of Thai food is too sweet for my taste, but I like the above and satay.
