Some sorry . One of the worst summers of my young life. The swep by the Sixers the year before, I was still too young to comprehend. But 1984 I KNEW what was happeing and my two favorite players (Magic & worthy) contributed to our demise. Much like Manu and Timmy. But worse. 2 clutch players failing their team. Spur fans should take heart we rang three more times shortly after 1984. But the pain and the stain never leaves completely it just hurts a little less each season.
And I know it sounds like a realtionship but it kinda is. One where you will only be temporarily satisfied, and the let downs outweigh those parade worthy moments. i know this is meant to hurt Laker fans but 1984 is a long time ago. Game 6 is still fresh.
