Never a fan of that series tbh. Jet Li and the "transporter" are the only two expendables who can still fight imo, Stallone is already a TOSB, the same goes for the "terminator" as well. Egg-head willis is just a joke to begin with, a material of amusement for those films just like "Justin Hammer" in Ironman 2.

After some deep thought I have decided that the only way this will work is if his character's entrance is a recreation of the scene Frasier set forth when he was reading A Tale of Two Cities to the guys at Cheers and lying about its content to hold their interest. Specifically one of the Expendables will be captured by local militia or extremists or whatever ambiguous foreigner they will be killing in bulk in this one and hauled into a crowded village square to be beheaded in a public spectacle. That's when Bonaparte shows up in an Apache attack chopper, spraying hot lead into the bloodthirsty crowd like an avenging angel.
