Is there an app? All I can find is an unofficial one
As long as we don't have an influx of Pakistani/Albanian nationals flooding the game league, I'm in.
Another stupid question... Can you view other players teams? Can't seem to find a way to do it
Anyway, here's mine
GK - Howard(Vice Captain), Boruc(WBA)
Def - Baines, Luiz, Williams(Swa), Rangel(Swa), Lowton(AV)
Mid - Cazorla(Captain), Walcott, Hazard, Routledge(Swa), Colback(Sun)
Att - Dzeko, Giroud, Anelka
I can actually close the entries now unlike last year. Quicker you guys sign up the quicker i can lock it before the terrorist lurkers take over.
You can see others people teams just not until the first game is over.
Already joined when I saw this thread pop up in the morning. (Arsenal of Gunners)
Yikes, it's not good to have three players on offense from the same team (Cazorla, Walcott and Giroud). If Arsenal gets a goose egg, then your team* is going to suffer. It's better to spread the wealth and diversify.
And you can only check on other people's team after the game week.

Is anyone going to use RVP? 14.0 is just too damn much. Oh FYI, Bale is supposedly not playing for the next two weeks so there's that...
Yes
im one injury away from a disaster
I'll give you guys more hints since some are just starting out. Chelsea are having a double game week meaning they play twice in the same game week (weekend and Wednesday). I have three Chelsea players and captained Hazard because of that. It means that my team instead of the normal 11 players for a week will get 3 more since Chelsea are playing again in the same week. Aston Villa also have a double game week since they're involved in that Chelsea game (and the Arsenal game on the 17th). The key is to plan accordingly and don't leave yourself high and dry when in week 3, Aston Villa and Chelsea aren't playing.
GAME WEEK 1
17 Aug 12:45 Liverpool v Stoke City 17 Aug 15:00 Arsenal v Aston Villa 17 Aug 15:00 Norwich v Everton 17 Aug 15:00 Sunderland v Fulham 17 Aug 15:00 West Brom v Southampton 17 Aug 15:00 West Ham v Cardiff City 17 Aug 17:30 Swansea v Man Utd 18 Aug 13:30 Crystal Palace v Tottenham 18 Aug 16:00
Chelsea v Hull City 19 Aug 20:00 Man City v Newcastle 21 Aug 19:45
Chelsea v Aston Villa
Does captain/vice captain affect points? didn't see anything about that in the scoring rules
Didn't have him initially, but had 4.5 million left over and only needed to make 2 million worth of changes to grab him.
Doubles the points of your designated captain. Vice captain only works if for some reason, your captain doesn't play. It's like a "subs ute" captain, a just in case...
that's pretty good. I personally tried to make a team with him but some of the teams I had were lol worthy. But if you captain RVP in every single game and he has the same type of season that he had last year, then that's +250 extra points at the end of the season. Pretty crazy.
My only problem with having RVP on the team is that since 14.0 is pretty high, then it means that he's pretty much at the peak of the price and you'll probably take a hit in the value of your team when people start bailing for whatever reason.
I have Giacherrini on my team
IDK, I feel this ex-Juve player is going to do well in the EPL
Oh and if you want a good laugh, go read this thread - Euro 2012 fantasy league.

RVP is expensive, but glad I picked him
1 injury away from finishing last though
And I should have started Mignolet instead of Lloris - 1 win and 1 clean
But hoppefully Lloris does the same tomorrow
Andat me for starting Kagawa
