I think it would simply be better if we execute those committing most 1st degree crimes against other individuals. people would be deterred rather quickly I think. Even if it isn't a deterrent, it appears it would be cheaper. Just streamline the system.

There are too many appeals and delays in the process once a person is sentenced to death, and that isn't in the cons ution.

its cheaper to put them on welfare foodstamps then imprisonment, cause most of the costs are sucked up by appeal legal costs....

hence whatever happen to hard labour in prisons to earn a living for basic costs inside? fkn give them seeds and grow their own
