I think Nash could be a dark horse if healthy, led the league in assists just 2 years ago and put up 12.5 and 10.7 in 2012.

While Nash is a defender he has a lot to offer on the offensive end as he's always been a great 3pt shooter and a passer, put the right guys around him and he'll still give you 10 assists on most nights while shooting a high %. If only they amnestied Kirby and Dwight stayed, Lakers would be a top 5-6 team in the West with Nick Young,Farmer,Kaman on the roster.

Lakerfans need to stop cheering for Kirby, they will not ring with him taking the most shots. He can be a good playmaker and an above-average defender if he wanted to but he'd rather chase the scoring le and get all the attention instead of allowing others to do more to win more games.

Lakers had their worst stretch last season when Kirby was averaging 30+ ppg, as soon as his scoring and FGA went down, they started winning more games. Kirby needs to be the point guard if he wants his team to do well.

^ No, but Duncan does. And quite frankly, that's all that matters.

    Kobe: 5
    Duncan: 4

Remember, Kobe never forgets. He'll eventually catch up to you, but as of now, we're content with the 5-4 stick.

All 6 were won in a watered down expansion era...Show me any of your rangs from 1984-1990. Give me one plausible reason why you couldn't win even one during the primes of Magic and Bird. Perhaps the GOAT was not good enough?

The same reason Kobe went from first round exit to not making the playoffs in his prime. Now, does Kobe have 6?

^ This is nothing but a cover-up to draw attention away from 5-4, Kobe over Duncan.

Pau was the best Laker in 09-10

But ever sunce he got concentrationcamped by Dirk in 2011, in combination with d'Antoni's lack of coaching, it has been Kobe TBH

Kobe is still , dont get me wrong, but the rest of the team is just
