1. For starters Dipstick, eliminate your silly turnovers. Forced by yourself many times.
2. Your *leadership* in fighting for and thus the Chargers keeping Norv Turner. Yeah that really worked out.
Now that you have a decent coach and play calling (maybe), lets see if you can return to your days of yesteryear which rocked.
