I doubt there's any scout doing any serious work for the Lakers, they trade away all the picks, they usually have the 50-60th pick of the draft, any idiot can randomly choose a scrub that will maybe average 5-10 minutes a game.

If Lakers kept their picks instead of giving them away for rentals they could build a solid team for the future, instead they get older and they have a bunch of 1 year deals. And they think they'll get Lebron or Melo next season , who wants to play with Kirby,injured Pau,Nash and a bunch of scrubs?
