    Neither would a lot of local, state and federal laws. Thus justifying our founding fathers not setting up a democracy.

    The Christian haters would turn out the vote, where the majority of people don't care that much about it.

    Same with gun control in CO. gun fellators turned out, the non-gun fellators didn't, plus the intentional screwups, voter suppression in the voting procedures, locations.
