Don't know about this case, but any picture I take with my phone automatically gets uploaded to my dropbox account.
maybe the fool put them on facebook...

He probably had the iCloud setting on to where it uploads all pictures taken to the cloud.
If the kid has Find My iPhone on, he could get the exact location of the low life.

I'm never a fan of such smartphone s because they're so prone to hacking you don't need any advanced hacking skills to intrude into another user's iphone and steal whatever info & pics from there. Just like how that asshole stole those nudies from my goddess's iphone
