At least NY'ers have another team in town. they can swtich to Brooklyn and start to root for the nets if the knicks turn out to suck.

This guy is going to bring Isiah back again.
No. Just no. I hate what the Knicks are doing right now but I will NEVER turn to the Nets.
A clippers fan laughing at another franchise. Ironic
The Knicks don't make any sense to me. I suppose it's just unrealized potential. They make a ton of money, so they can afford to field a compe ive team but they've not cared about doing so, really. That's the problem with the NBA, franchise owners can get away with losing as long as they have star power and big TV deals. It dilutes the quality of the game.
NY just ain't a basketball city after all. Knicks got the money and also stern's help if needed but the Yankees and Mets together still command about half of the sports market in the big apple city, and even the red bulls have more fans in that city than the Knicks have despite soccer being a " ty" sport. My goddess even confused Dirk Nowitzki with Mark Cuban (Dirk Cuban, she even thought of Dirk as a Polish player in "Goddess after midnight" written by cully, the #2 episode of the goddess series) which's a fair reflection of how little a common New Yorker knows about basketball imho.
