Manu will average about 8 points and 9 TOs a game. Pop and RC will highlight his leadership and importance to the team by offering an extra year at $7m. After playing his 45 NBA games and having a so so season, he will suit up and play the FIBA World Championship for Argentina, where he will once again stand out, and make Spursfan proud. You heard it here first.
What's with the negativity... we have Gino locked up for 2 more seasons, possible 3 after mid-season... great news, tbh...
Nobody cares about Argentina though
Their fans do but me personally I care about how he does on the Spurs and thats all I really care about to be honest.
I just hope he doesn't wear himself out too much in the playoffs. I want see him turn it on for the NT.
this could be a smart move by the Spurs, financially speaking. if the banker elites get that immigration bill passed, and US becomes part of Mexico, Manu could sell tickets well into his 50s. granted, he will be dribbling while on crutches, but still worth his new contract.
Now you're talking.....amigo!![]()
The most important part is obviously that he plays with his NT at the Worlds, otherwise he might not start next season hurt and that would really be a shame.
Is this April 1st? I wish these guys had three more years.
