didn't like either tbh, or the ps controllers. i liked the 64 one but I may just be confusing that with how much I liked Goldeneye. It was a long time ago. Then Quake entered my life and I only rarely played consoles outside of the gc stuff like metroid prime and zelda.

I starved myself at school for 3 weeks to use my 2.00 lunch allowance and yard cutting money to fund Goldeneye. Used to get to school around 8, round up three other misfits, and be back home by 9 to play it, 4 player split screen. Ahh, the good old days of console relevance.

If Sony controls are so good, why is the drop in compe ion so apparent when you switch from a 360 game (CoD, BF, etc.) to the PS3 version? Never considered myself "good" until I had some time to play my FPS games on PS3.

360 has always been favored for their controllers when it comes to FPS. So yeah, its better when playing a FPS..but thats really it...but that's a drop in compe ion compared to keyboard/mouse. When generally gaming I CANNOT use a 360 controller or anything like it. Even for fighting games, people who dont use arcade sticks prefer ps2/3 controllers when playing.
