Manu is still great driving to the basket scoring and drawing fouls and can get hot from behind the 3 pt arc. I still think he can take over a game.
He is a much better scorer than playmaker at this point. Once he gets going with his shot it will open up his playmaking again. That is what made him such a good playmaker to begin with.
Thoughts?

Better than a turnover tbh.
anything is better then this current streak of t/os but i doubt we see him get too aggressive this early in the season tho
It depends on how the defense is playing him. If they aren't respecting him, he needs to attack and score, to set up his playmaking.
Would like to see Boris and Marco take more playmaking duties as well. Hopefully Pop trusts them like he did ol tunnel vision Neal tbh.
No. His role at this stage in his career is to be a playmaker first, scorer second. The idea with Marco being around is that the burden of creating for the second unit doesn't entirely falls to him, but he's still primarily a playmaker.
career high in assist percentage last season...
Marco and Mano are the new bash brothers!
I think he'll still do well against teams that aren't Miami (or OKC). Against those teams he should probably be taken out of any facilitator role.
I don't know but he better stop turning the ball over every other time he touches the ball, tbh.
He needs to stop driving looking for the foul. He's asking for an injury at this point in his career.
Not against Jon Lauer and Coasta Koofus he isn't
Awesome! If they play for the other 28 teams, Manu's never gonna get hurt!
Glad you cleared that up for me...
Where he gets in trouble like last season was getting to the rim and then dishing out as he goes up for the layup. He usually throws it into traffice thinking a big will get it.
