Some of you may know that gawker.com was the first to break the existence of a crack smoking video of Mayor Ford, but the footage went missing for months. Police last week now said they have the video, and he's finally come out and said he's smoked before.

Only way to legally get rid of the mayor is apparently if he's convinced of a crime. The police could've done this months ago but they were apparently either protecting him or they got something big coming up soon.
