Would you rather rest against lets say Miami, or against ...idk..Washington?

    Case 1:
Rest against Miami - Probably lose
Starters against WAS - Probably win

    Case 2:
    Rest against WAS - 50/50
    Starters against Miami - 50/50

In the first you will probably win at least 1 game, in the second you can lose both.

How important is to see how your team plays against a contender? What if this contender is Miami, and you will only face them in the Finals, is it important to play your starters agasint them?

    Kisses!!

TBh, I'll rest the whole team on stern's last day if possible, but since it's not, then I'll rest those 5 guys like you said. Now THAT, would be sticking it to him.

I would play starters against Miami, and try to get HCA advantage against them. If had it in the Finals last season, we would've won that series. On the other hand, if HCA isn't even a consideration (for instance, if they're so far ahead of us in the standings that it would be pointless to try and catch up), then I would rest the starters against them and go all-out against Washington. Not only does this guarantee at least one win, but it also keeps us from showing all our cards before the Finals even starts.
