If you wanna save some money hit Miami Beach. White sands, clear water, and es in thongs. , South Padre is fine for a quick getaway IMO.
Anyone ever travel to Costa Rica, or Cancun or some foreign beach? Looking at booking a trip next summer for myself and a female freind. Just wondering where i would get the most bang for my buck? Something all inclusive. anyone? anyone?

Grand Cayman was great. Great beaches, clean island, great experience overall. I've got friends that swear by Cabo too. I've never been myself though.
