I don't think Phil takes that gig without having the best team on paper. There would have to be a blockbuster trade prior to the deadline before Phil would agree. George Karl, Lionel Hollins or Stan Van Gundy. I don't think Jeff gets that gig. There might be pressure to replace a black coach with a black coach, and if so it's Hollins.
