You'd figure the Celts could get more for Rondo. I'd want a early first rounder with a large expiring. I'd wait until Rondo can show he's healthy, then try to deal him.

Celtics wanna throw in Gerald Wallace' contract or else they don't seem interested

I'd rather hang onto Rondo than get Shumpert + cap space... Shumpert isn't a building block, he's a good role player
Why would New York want a PG that's useless on offense without dominating the ball when they already have a superstar SF who's the same way.
Now, if you can get Rondo for Amare/Shumpert, you do it it and figure it out later, but Rondo/Anthony is all sorts of piss-moan fail on the court and in the lockerroom.
Why would Boston want Shumpert when he's basically a ed up version of Bradley?
Furthermore, why would they trade their injury prone star for an injury prone skeleton.
And for New York, why would they want to add Rondo to an already ball-hogging perimeter duo in JR and Melo. Not to mention Felton would still be on the team
This makes no sense. It feels like one of those Trade Machine deals a 13 year old would come up with.
a quality PG (Rondo) would do an universe of good to NY imho, and G-Force's contract ain't much worse than Amare's. They might think it a loss to give up Shumpert but dude's overrated like most posters have pointed out here. Would be a good trade for NY if coming true imho, trading a garbage & a role player for a central piece & another garbage.
Shumpert and Amare's uninsurable corpse for Rondo? LOL
Spurs might as well ask if they can swap DeColo for Green if that one happens.
ad block is wonderful thing, scrah.
This trade is crap for both teams, tbh.
