All of a sudden, all I could see was a big flash and hear the lightning literally right above my head. the loudest I have ever heard, felt the hair on my head and arms stand up. All the car alarms in the area were set off.....I was keeping my head down so I didn't see that I was almost under a tree....avoided the tree and hauled ass to the car. That was a little freaky!
