Friend going into surgery Wednesday

Asking for prayers or good wishes for a friend who had cancer of the lower eso us.
He said they killed the cancer in a hospital in Houston, but now he goes in for surgery for an eso ectomy Wednesday here at St. Luke's Hospital. where they will remove part of the upper stomach and lower eso us.
He was the drummer of my old rock band, "The Grim Reaper".
