Brady and Manning both could play well into their 40's tbh they both have the durability and IQ to be effective even after they lose all arm strength. Especially with all the rules in place to protect QB's, they will take alot less punishment than older QBs of past eras. Manning I honestly can see playing till he's 45 if his neck stays stable.
