Cousins has quite a personality imho. He's a real who never sees the need to act in a hypocritical manner. Paul is a notorious flopper and I don't think refusing to shake hands or to let a teammate shake hands with him is too excessive a way to show your dissent imho, and that was probably the least douchy stuff Cousins has been caught doing tbh.
