Who on God's green earth came up w/ this list? They have many neo-soul artists and African women who are average at best, yet this person(s) didn't bother to include ppl like Stacey Dash, Nia Long, Megan Good, or even Kerry Washington.

That is a ty list. Maybe only 5 of them are legit. Where is Paula Patton... young Jasmine Guy, Toni Braxton, Thelma from Good Times, Alicia Keyes, Lela Rechon... she played Sunshine in Harlem Knights, and the chic with the hammer toes from Boomerang.
