Why isn't this game on espn or nba tv? It's the best teams in the league you stupid ers... Yet they had New York vs. Brooklyn the other night.

Schedule is made prior to the season. So it would've been hard to predict Indiana 1st in the east. Plus they have them on NBA TV on Tuesday. That's true, but it's very shortsighted for precisely the reasons you described. If the season is so hard to predict (which is only marginally true actually), then why make the TV schedules before the season starts? It should be a dynamic process which adapts to the situation in real time. In other words, change the schedule constantly to reflect what is interesting at the moment.
As far as "can't have a small market team twice in one week," screw that. It should be based purely on basketball reasons.
And honestly, it wasn't hard to predict that this would be a good matchup, even before the season. Both teams were conference finalists.
....and Sir ace3g is a damn fine thread maker!! Big game tonight in what many are thinking/hoping could be a Finals preview. It seem like this week has been a long one. I'm not sure if the break did them any good. They all said something yesterday regarding the lack of rest and the "long" strange trip. Even if Tiago were active today, Pop should start Diaw to match up with West.
Leonard always seems to have his best games when he's playing against the better SF's in the league. I'm gonna predict he has a breakout game tonight.

Kawhi and Tim, particularly, need to be all there mentally. I think they will be. Spurs as a whole might need to knock some rust off in the first quarter, though, due to the canceled Mexico city game and the longer time since they last played.
