Brooklyn Nets coach Jason Kidd allegedly used "a 13-letter word" against assistant Lawrence Frank during a blow-up at some point following the team's loss in Orlando on Nov. 3.
In an expletive-laced rant, Kidd told Frank to sit down and be quiet.

"I'm the coach of this [13-letter word] team," Kidd said, according to NBA.com.
The argument ultimately led to Frank getting "reassigned" to a reduced role where he would produce "daily reports."
Frank was told at one point by somebody in the organization to curb his behavior on the bench during games and not be as active and demonstrative as he was earlier in the season, sources told ESPNNewYork.com. The week before he learned he would not be helping run practices or sit on the bench during games, it was definitely noticeable that Frank wasn't doing as much.
According to the NBA.com report, other coaches facing the Nets thought Frank was ill since he was being so quiet.
"You know, I don't know," small forward Paul Pierce said Monday when asked why things with Frank didn't work out. "That's something for the coaching staff, I think. He worked hard, he did the things that they asked him to do that I thought were on the court. But obviously some behind-the-scenes things that probably went down that didn't go well with the coaches and that's why the decision was made."
Frank signed a six-year contract worth approximately $6 million, according to sources, to be Kidd's mentor, the team's defensive coordinator and help ease Kidd into his new head coaching role. Multiple reports say he has hired attorneys and will eventually seek a buyout.
At the time of Frank's reassignment, sources told ESPNNewYork.com there was "friction" and a difference of philosophies between the two.
The Nets (6-14) are 1-2 since the move was made. They face the Boston Celtics Tuesday night at Barclays Center.
Kidd to Frank "Juwanna me to slap the out of you?"
Kidd also the wifebeating coach, tbh
Kidd tbh
Frank is 100000 times better than him
Kidd just got rid of his replacement, that's all. Kidd waz nurvous![]()
Question is: Will Kidd keep his job for next year?
Fool should've waited it out in Big D. He would've eventually replaced Carlisle.
Carlisle is overrated imho, head and shoulders below Pop. Isiah made Jose his pants all over the court because the spaniard was obviously too slow to keep pace with Isiah, and I believe Larkin who was just as quick as Isiah would've done a much better job, but bald head kept playing Calderon on the court until the game entered garbage time. Carlisle deserves the credit for handling James so well during the 11' finals, but the 11' success was also owed to the role players who somehow played like superstars imho (Lincoln, JJB etc...)
Kidd couldn't even maintain "harmony" in his family without throwing his old fists at his poor wife, tbh. Dude was a great player but it seems he doesn't really have any clue how to manage a team tbh. There's no doubt about his basketball knowledge and his ability to read the game, but a head coach is also required to have good abilities in man-managing and motivation etc., which wife beater is severely lacking in.
Lol, He is an asshole, never coached but damn his fist are strong, watch out Mikhail Dmitrievitch Prokhorov ´cause you are next
