Love the 8-pt font tbh
Dwyane Wade's Season on the Brink
December 22, 2013
TOM WILLIAMS via SPORTS REPORT
MIAMI -- Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade will not play against the Atlanta Hawks on Monday night due to a combination microtibial fracture, broken metatarsal and sprain to the left ankle and knee sustained during practice yesterday afternoon.
Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. "This was such a freak thing the way it happened and how bad it looked. We weren't doing anything strenous, but then he just buckled. Unfortunately, the kind of combo injury he sustained is really uncertain. Obviously, we need Dwyane to have the best shot at sticking with the Pacers and the top teams in the West but we're going to have to go it without him. Dwyane is going to be out for awhile. This is disappointing but the good thing is we will get to see Lebron finally test his mettle as the lone warrior. I know he's always wanted to do that. This is his chance and also a time for guys like Chris to really step up and show us why he's an All-Star."
Speaking right after the last blowout game vs. the Sacramento Kings, James said his bothersome back had returned. "It will not keep me out", James said "but it's a constant concern and it kinda irritates me."
The defending champion Miami Heat next face the Atlanta Hawks tomorrow at American Airlines Arena.

LeBron can put up even crazier numbers every night and carry the Heat even with Wade out tbh. Fatigue would be his only concern.
He's not capable of that. Why you think they got whooped by Chicago and Detroit. Beasley scored more points in less time than Lebron.
LeBron is great, but he can't win it all by himself.
lebron has been playing scared all season that he wont take bad decision shots, cause the fkn clown is trying to achieve a high efficiency season, just like that wanker in okc....
Simply guarantees Lebron a 5th MVP tbh. Not that he needed this to win it anyways.
he hasnt done anything special so far this season compared to last season, even last season was nothing compared to his 2 60plus cav win seasons...
nba and media has an agenda to push someone down our throats, lebron is goat in his own right we all know it, but dont over exaggerate like the jordan era with fake ass commercials in slow motion gloating about jordan can hang in the air...
Good, I can't stand this dumb dirteh negger!
making up fake injuries and playing through them to overglorify the win,
if they lose the match, they can always blame it on the injury
this is very common, ive seen this somewhere on the spurs
Heat = Fcked
Gonna be the Cavs all over again, Lebron will air "The Decision: Part 2" after he gets outed in the 2nd round without Wade.
And the Pacers' chances get better and better. Can any team in the west steal their cookie if they were to make it to the finals?
Karma TBH
got was goofing around at the end of their last game
McHale would have kicked his ass imo
The Rick Astley video really ties the thread together
Scrub - man enuff to admit he read it, believed it and clicked the link. Props, my .
You scared the outta me for a second.
Is that the text from when Bean went down?
No. I think I took the format from an older Heat injury story, might've actually been a minor injury to Wade but that quote from Spoelstra, I totally made that up. I thought it sounded somewhat like the real Spoelstra except for the "lone warrior" part. That was a little over the top lol. Also the combo injury part, that was laying it on a bit thick in hindsight.
amazing troll job
Why would anyone take a bad decision shot? If it's a bad decision, don't make it. That seems intuitive for most people.
Article looked too amateur to even click the link tbh. Guessing it's some too often used redirect.
