It's still up, just not a lot of traffic. For example, there are only 4 posts in their Spurs forum today with replies from today.
Dusty is a bit of a control freak, and either kicks out or alienates swaths of posters and mods during one of his purges. It's happened a couple of times, and each time this board grows. The end.
