Whoo hoo!
I work in both and live between them.
Who knows, I might end up staying in Texas after all.

Hispanic Magazine ranked San Antonio one of the best places to live in America for Hispanics.
The magazine, which published a cover story in its August issue about the top 10 cities to live, listed San Antonio as the fifth best city.
Even though the city might be better known for the Alamo and the NBA World Champion San Antonio Spurs, the city boasts reasonably priced housing -- with a median household price of $123,000 -- a relatively low unemployment rate and Hispanics account for 59 percent of the city's population, the magazine notes.
San Antonio is also the third largest city in Texas and the eighth largest nationwide.
Austin is the best city in America for Hispanics to live. The magazine cited low crime rates, median home prices of $154,000 and "happening cultural scene" that embraces the city's 30 percent Hispanic population.
Behind Austin is Albuquerque; Los Angeles; San Jose, Calif.; San Antonio; Las Vegas; El Paso, Texas; San Diego; Miami and Chicago.

Gee i wonder why?? I think Chao Chos has a lot to do with it lol j/k
The writer is evidently not up on recent events. San Antonio is now the second largest city in Texas.

Dare I even say anything?
El Paso is in the top ten????? Sorry, but last I check that place was a dump. (sorry El Pasoans) Maybe its changed.
What about us white folk? Are we not welcome in San Antonio?

Yes we are, it's just you that's not.
You guys are very much welcome here in San Antonio, your our biggest Mexican food eaters, how do you think we make so much money on the Riverwalk??
Gee, I thought Nuevo Laredo was better.
I'm a white hispanic, how can that be?
Talk about reporting the obvious.
Joe, they said Mexicans, not Chinese-Mexi-Arabs!

Quiet, Memin.
And when the did I get Arab added to my ethnicities?
San Antonio is obviosly a great place for Hispanics to live.
There are plenty of restaurants and they have plenty of dishwashing positions available.
It is a great place for a Mexican to get a job.
I don't know how many Hernandez' live in San Antonio, but the city is about 60% hispanic (which is the highest percentage of hispanics of any major American city.)
Newsflash: China ranked among best places for Chinese people to live.
I've been to Albuquerque. Can't believe that's a good place for anyone to live . . .
Not so hot for Puertoricanos, though.
This friggin magazine puts out a "top whatever" list every other issue. People just love polls and rankings. Anyway, they rotate the same 15 cities in and out every year.
