I think they choose the player based on how many 3's they attempt per game and not percentage.
Best 3pt shooter in the league this year. Spurs with best record in the West. Best accent and best facial hair in the league as well.

Him making it as a 27 year old shooting guard would truly speak a lot about how he really should have made it every year since he was 25. Just logically speaking if you look at how an athlete should perform at various ages.

mmm, the only players attempting over 3 a game and still shooting over 45% are:
Korver
Calderon
Belli
Igoudala
sure Korver and Calderon are shooting a lot more, but they are at 45% and 47%. They can't even touch Marco imo

I know everyone hates Bonner around here but his shot is smooth as . He should get another crack at it. He should have won last year, another scrub went off on the Spur last year. I think Bonner hit 21 or 22 and he hit 24...

not Bonner. tbh bonner shouldn't have been in it last year, but it was sort of a legacy selection since he should have been in in for years prior. his minutes/attempts have been way down the past couple of seasons

I'm not a big fan of Green but he deserves it more than Beli...

That was amazing, but a) the Spurs still lost, b) Green disappeared in games 6 and 7, and c) he's not even shooting 40% from deep this year.
If Danny had managed even a good 3PT% this season, he most certainly would've been offered a spot, but there are guys who deserve the spot more imo.
