I said it last year the spurs we're damn lucky the thunder lost Westbrook, this year we are proving again we just can't compete with such a young athletic team
fools will say we were seconds from a le, but this year we have to deal with the thunder and even the blazers
we haven't beat a good team all year but can smack scrubs around, what's that going to get us in the playoffs?
spurs can't win with this roster, we are just going to be regular season champs again

Where the did this come from? We are on a 5 game winning streak. Was a random meltdown really needed?
Line through this thread please?
Cool, man. Can you go just go away for another year now?
Simple, you win it in 5.
didn't we got 10-10 to close last season?
Pop will out-coach Brooks handily.
Trade everyone and tank, pronto.
The Spurs are good, not great. We would need some lucky breaks to beat OKC. Not to mention that all of their scrub players turn into Jordan when they play us. OKC was looking pretty damn unbeatable before Westbrook went down.
Lol. Pop has no answer for OKC.
what do you propose we do?
Didn't happen in 2012. Brooks totally killed Pop. BACKDOOR SWEEP.
We can take OKC easily, didn't those Scrubs struggle to even win 1 game against Miami in the 2012 Finals even though they had James Harden And look how we handled the Heat, i say we pretty much won the NBA le and beat them 4-2 if Duncan had only stayed in the last seconds
It will be tough to beat Thunder, but that's why the games are played.
Without Harden, they lose that series in 2012.
We were 5 seconds away from beating the Heat in 6 games and twice on their court. OKC will be lucky to get out of the second round. IF we happen to play them, we will handle them. The only teams that will stand in the way of the Spurs this year are Indiana, Miami and the Spurs. Just stay healthy.
You can't learn jack in the regular season as it is a totally different game when you get to the playoffs. Do you honestly think we should be afraid of Portland ? Chances are, they are going to beat us on Friday but if we played them in the playoffs, we'd take them in 5 or 6. It's about adjustments and taking their weapons away. How do they handle that? Is someone else going to step up once we contain Aldridge and Damian Lillard ?
We have many weapons and ways of beating teams. Look what we did to Golden State last year after making the appropriate adjustments. They were hotter than any other team in the league when we faced them.
How did he do it? Details please....
I kinda agree with you, but do not see the point of this topic at this time, just saying
They did it with Harden being clutch as , with Ibaka having the best night of his career and with help from the refs in game 6, all of which I doubt happen again. Saying Brooks outcoached Pop that series is idiotic because Brooks is functionally re ed.
Nor the Spurs or the Thunder will sweep in that series.
Just a thought: I would rather play OKC with RW and without Ibaka than the other way around.
