Or will Danny get his job back?

I'm thinking he doesn't unless it's a night where they rest Manu?

They are just starting Manu because it helps keeping his hammy warm.

He will be back on the bench soon.

Hopefully Belinelli stays on the bench when Ginobili goes back as well. That tandem was working well together.

After notching starts in consecutive regular-season games for the first time since the beginning of the 2011-12 campaign, Ginobili returned to the bench to open the second half of Wednesday's 109-105 victory over Utah.

“It took me a half,” Ginobili said with a chuckle. “The second half, I already went back to being a backup, so I don't see a long tenure for the starting job.”

With Ginobili coming off a hamstring issue, coach Gregg Popovich opted to start him to keep the guard's hamstring from stiffening up early.

No formal determination has been made as to how the Spurs will open Friday night's marquee matchup with Portland. Ginobili, for one, is betting Marco Belinelli gets the starting call as he did in the second half against the Jazz.

“I haven't talked to Pop, but watching the second half, I have to think it's going to go back to normal,” Ginobili said.
