Depends if its on offense or defense. He's not going to be able to pester guys full court against elite teams. We saw last time against OKC, they took advantage of his aggressiveness and drove by him.
On offense, he's a streaky player and he can go off on anyone if he's in a zone.
Not unless he's traded to one.

Yes he can but he never receives enough minutes to prove it so he is limited to stuff like 14 points in 15 minutes.
