I still don't understand how overconservative, outdated fossils like Kubiak, and Norv keep getting OC jobs, just because the media claims that they're Great Offensive Minds.... I'd much rather have a younger OC who is aggressive, creative, and understands today's NFL, imho.....
Kubiak is actually better as an OC, just a ty HC. Having Schaub probably contributed to his conservative ass ways, but we shall see. Rice would be lethal in the ZBS scheme.

The Ravens ran a ZBS last year as well under Castillo. He supposedly excelled in it, especially in the cut-back blocks he struggled with in Jacksonville. I'm no O-line expert, which is why I say "supposedly". But it seems he tried a lot harder with the Ravens than he did with the Jags. Whether that's a contract-year thing or a contender thing remains to be seen. Guess Kyle said no. Does Dennison even have QB coach experience? Smells like a move to make Kubiak happy. It's not a big deal since the Ravens didn't even have one last season.
Dennison sucks. Flat out. I think he coached Schaub in college too. Or in Atlanta.
Yeah...bringing Dennison along is like Kubes asking to bring his favorite chair to put in his office.
