Heights are sometimes given with or without shoes. Or sometimes they are just made up.

I just saw them from the 3rd row and TD seemed a smudge taller, but Baynes is stocky.

I know one thing. Kevin Durant was standing next to Tim Duncan the other night and he was taller. And Durant is listed at 6'10 but he's probably 7 ft.

I wish these guys could just be measured officially by the NBA without shoes once and for all. I'm sick of hearing how every center for every team is 7 ft tall. I'm only willing to accept that Hibbert and Gobert are 7 ft without shoes on.

And it's funny how San Diego State listed Kawhi at 6'5 and he magically grew 2 inches when he came to the spurs. Then again, you could say that for every player on every NBA team. Their height is exaggerated by 2 inches +.

Shannon Brown is listed at 6'4. It would be silly that they exaggerate his height by 2 and a half inches if he is actually 6'1 1/2 because ive never seen it done before

I'm pretty sure Duncan is 6'10 1/2 with shoes. He's not as tall as people think he is. I remember Rasheed Wallace having atleast a couple of inches on him when he guarded him in the finals. But they are listed at the same height.

And yet Poop would rather have undersized small forwards play the majority of the rotation minutes at center. One would think Poop would have learned his lesson with Blair (and Boner). I guess what we can take from this is poop is poop and will always be poop.

DX has an entire database of the official NBA draft combine measurements. That will cover probably 95+% of NBA players.

Tim measured 6'11" W/O shoes at the 1997 draft combine.
