Drake did an interview with Rolling Stones magazine before the superbowl and asked for them to use his picture on the cover. After Phillip Seymour Hoffman's death, TRS magazine contacted him and let him know they might not due that and go with a cover of Phillip.
Today, the magazine came out and Drake tweeted "I'm done doing interviews for magazines. I just want to give my music to the people. That's the only way my message gets across accurately.6:30 AM - 13 Feb 2014"

There was also more than just replacing him on the cover.
I'd be more upset about the quote than the cover while important, the misquote makes me question Rolling Stone's integrity.
More publicity for a got that doesn't deserve any.
