    .......Herschel Walker. If we take what he did in his USFL days and add them to his NFL career, yep...number one! People forget he rushed for over 2400 yards his final season as a NJ General. He had over 3000 yards of total offense that season, that's amazing.

    Speaking of amazing...

    CFL star running back Johnny Bright had a 10,000 yard career and averaged 5.5 a carry, that is a record for those with over 10,000 rushing. When he retired he was the CFL's all time rushing king.

    When we take into consideration the Hall of Fame is the "Pro Football" Hall of Fame and there are guys there who made iI (Joe Namath, Lance Alworth, Len Dawson) as AFL players, then Walker and Bright belong there. As does another CFL stud back George Reed, the Jim Brown of the CFL.




    While at Drake he was a running QB, we are talking 40's.
