San Antonio is great for raising a family, the North side is where it's at though since all the whites are there and it's just nicer. Most annoying thing about SA though has nothing to do with the city itself, but all the Mexican s that keep spitting out babies living at home.

Fat Antonio is a barren wasteland where 90% of the population is on some sort of government assistance and proud of it, in addition to the aforementioned beached whales ting out 3 kids before they hit 18.
If the US is in such a state of disarray that their training bases are being targeted, you're pretty much ed already.

anyways, i assume the people complaining about san antonio are single males with no school aged children...so what's keeping ya here??? its not hard to move unless you're part of the problem (ugly, broke, lazy, piss poor job, etc)
So if one was to target an area between Austin and SA, what would be the best option? New Braunfels? San Marcos? I'd prefer an area that has decent amenities but isn't overly congested. I'm going to be relocating to the area eventually...probably after my daughter graduates.

San Antonio is a dream city if your aspirations are renting an apartment, having rims on a late model full size black suv, and enough money for mama margies on saturday night.

San Marcos is somewhat a college town btw. Depends on what youre looking for bene, NB is more relaxed.
If you make 150K SA is pretty peach...
That kinda $$$ will get you just about anything in SA town...
